So far, have only done trial runs at home, but seems to maintain low temperature for several hours. Thermometer seems completely accurate when tested against a medical quality item. Will easily hold two Teriparatide devices (Teva, Forsteo) plus separate needles and clinical wipes. Nice looking, and a strong protective case.Only slight quibble is that the zip is really tight to go round the corners of the case - have had to use quite a lot of plastic lubricant, but will probably ease off with use. Otherwise, an excellent piece of kit at a good price.

My mom has diabetes and I bought it for her to keep the temperature of her medicine. Easy to transport goods value for money, functional, fit the medication and syringes. Strong and it doesn't let the medication gets warm. Keeping safe for use even for long periods.

This case is great for travelling with, it made it all the way to mexico kept cool the whole time and was able to put the cool bag in to the fridge and stayed cool all the way back to the uk. Easy to use and handy for keeping your insulin and medications cold.

The ice packs quickly cool the pouch to as low as -2°C but, in recent 28°C temperatures, it rapidly reached room temperature again within an hour necessitating frequent exchange of ice packs. Fortunately I'd bought extra!It is a sturdy case with room for 2 pens and spare needles, great for travelling, but in warm weather, the insulation is a bit lacking.

Very good, keeps items cool for a very long time when travelling.

The media could not be loaded. Bought to store syringes whilst travelling which need to be kept at a certain temperature. Its really handy the case has a built in thermometer on the front which so far seems to be rather accurate. Case is hard which gives me peace of mind that the medication won't get damaged travelling and it is of a decent size - roughly the size of a pencil case. It has 2 removable ice packs and also comes with spare batteries for them thermometer. Inside there are a few elasticated areas for storing medication. So far I'm very impressed but have not taken it travelling just yet.

Sadly didn’t work. My daughter bought this for a flight. The template gague showed it was not cool and the ice packs just melted. The airline wouldn’t put in their fridge so she couldn’t be sure if the medicine would still be effective. We couldn’t trust this for another use so I obtained a refund. I suppose it’s a case of you get what you pay for

Ideal size for travel, compact and very handy size. With the 2 pouches that you freeze before use. Plenty of space to put antiseptic wipes etc. plus my 2 injection pens.Sadly the frozen pouches don’t stay cold for that long so not useful if travelling far etc.Tip if you travel a lot etc, I would certainly opt for one that has a temp monitor on the front.Saying that good quality, handy for short trips to and fro a fridge etc. fast delivery for what I paid it is a back up for short distance.
