To the people out there that say this is a bad product, they are dead wrong. They are 100% using it wrong.The company put directions out there that is as detailed as you’re going to get. Remember you need to put in effort too and do your due diligence in researching.If your brows burnt off, they are probably thin and you over processed them. Go by the directions. And yes seconds count. Be swift. If they are breaking off you’re probably pulling the brows straight up to quickly after the application. Give it a couple minutes to process and then pull them up. Do not be afraid to remove the plastic covering to comb them to the sides and slow start pulling them up to prevent breakage. Yes your limited on time but if you lose out in a bit of warmth it’s not going to kill the look. If you over process your done for.Practice with regular face lotion. Don’t jump in without a plan. Have a timer and a set up. Hairdressers have stations for a reason. Use your counters!!!

I’ve been going to the spa to have brow lamination done for a while now ($120 a visit).This product is very easy to use and I got very similar results in less than 20 minutes and less than $30.Follow the directions and be realistic with your expectations. If you have severely over-plucked eyebrows, this will help but is not a cure all. A spa visit will be no different.Let your brows grow out, use this treatment, and then shape them NATURALLY, and you will look fantastic.Great product, great natural looking results.

This is my favorite brow lamination kit. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because every time I have come back to purchase again the price has gone up. Stop increasing the price please.

i really loved the step by step instructions and the ease of use of this kit. as a first timer, it was a little bit intimidating but i have been using this product for a very long time now! i forgot to give you my review and i am here now finally to say this product is great and worth the investment. i do recommend you may experience a bit of bleaching so to go in after and tint once your brows have been laminated. best of luck 💕🙏

By far this is probably one of the best kits I’ve tried, I found it to be stronger than other brands. I have no problem with irritation & it’s very quick and efficient.

First off I believe that the “minimum 6 minutes” that a recommended should definitely be revised. I have thin (fine) hair, so my eyebrows instantly became curly (like tiny armpits hairs or you know what else). Instead of fixing my eyebrows I’ve got curly and damaged hairs that I have to cover in castor oil couple times a day to remove it. I’ve only held the product 6 minutes as recommended.With that being said, dear ladies, if you still decide to use this particular product and have fine hair like me, DO NOT take in consideration the recommended time and keep it on for less then 5 minutes.Also, never got the silicone rods delivered, which is no biggie as after my experience I wouldn’t do it eyelashes too (can’t imagine them curly)

This was my first time ever laminating my brows. For the most part, the instructions were clear, and I chose to use the least amount of time for fear of over processing. I ended up redoing them day or two later because you couldn’t tell that I had done anything. They can be brushed to stay the way I please, but they do get messed up easily as I change clothes or sleep. They are a bit course feeling, but I suppose that’s just part of it. I did have to reach out to their customer service because there was some confusing verbiage in the instructions, but they responded quickly and thoroughly.

Easy to follow and great results. The only thing I didn’t like is how rough to the touch it left my brows feeling. I don’t know if its normal since this is my first time. I followed instructions carefully

Once I opened my package I realized the box what soft and wet. When I opened the cleanser bottle was broken and a piece of it was loose. For the price you pay not worth when it come and stuff is broken you can’t even use it. Save your money and look else where. Hopefully I can get a refund
