Great bands! All five felt very different and heaviest is definitely something to work up to, it comes with a little bag for storage and also a small exercise book to help get you started. No issues with snapping or bands coming lose, just good set of resistance bands for beginners even! I love having bands that match my color scheme!

These workout bands are great. Perfect length and thickness. Super easy to carry around to the gym and for traveling. I love the colors and no logo printed on the bands unlike other bands. They lose the resistance over time. I had to replace after a year. It is excellent for lunges and hip flexor/glute workouts.

I bought these because I love the colors. I wanted something prettier than the typical resistance band colors. These bands are so sturdy. I haven't had any issues with them slipping and all the resistance levels are there. I'm very happy with these.

The heavy and x heavy are the only ones I would use. The others a way to light and stretchy

5 different levels, I tried the first 3 lighter once so far, there is a long way to try and exercise with them. It's a good size, pretty resistant, range of motion depends on the person that is wearing them, they roll a little bit on their own when i do squats, but happens mainly with the lighters one.
