It's a solid basic set with a hollow roller for larger muscles, stick for more targeted rolling, and a smooth ball to roller your foot over. The roller and ball feel well built. The stick feels a little plastic-y. I'm not quite sure it's the best for trigger point because it's a flat roller and a smooth ball. The massage roller is pointed, but it has several rollers across so it's harder to hit one point like you would with a smaller spiked ball.
