I've been using this as a night cream only, and it's worked really well for my routine. The texture is quite thick and rich, and it does leave a shiny, slightly greasy finish, definitely more suited for nighttime use rather than under makeup or daytime wear. Despite the heavy consistency, it feels deeply hydrating and hasn’t broken me out at all, which is a big plus since my skin can be sensitive to richer products. I apply it over Hyaluronic Acid and Retinoid serums, and it seems to lock everything in nicely, leaving my skin feeling soft and nourished by morning. If you’re looking for a moisturiser to seal in actives and support your skin barrier overnight, especially with ingredients like PhytoCeramides, this is a solid choice. I LOVE that it doesn't give me spots and will continue to buy for that reason alone. Just be aware of the texture if you prefer something lightweight or matte

The cream is very thick and oily, which might not be for everyone, but it’s probably exactly what my skin needs right now. It feels nourishing and hydrating. I also believe it’s a fairly clean product, which is important to me. Overall, I’d buy it again.

I used it everyday underneath my sunscreen. It's not too heavy and it leaves my skin very hydrated.

This is a really great moisturiser for leaving my skin softy and bouncy. I have dry skin and it leaves my skin hydrated all day and no irritation. Only reason it's not getting 5 stars is purely because it takes a bit of time to absorb. So I find it great for no make up days, but when I'm in a rush in the morning to put my make-up on I'll use a different one so my make-up sets more and lasts all day.

Great moisturiser. It tends to break me out if I use it all over my face, so I now apply it only around my eye area and neck. It pairs well with actives like retinol to help protect the more delicate skin around the eyes. For reference, I have fairly dry skin. The cream itself is very thick but goes on smoothly.

I have drier and more sensitive skin as I’ve gotten older with a little rosacea. I was using my Asthetics practitioner’s products but the cost wasn’t sustainable. I’ve used The Ordinary before and I’m glad I went back. This moisturiser is better than anything I’ve tried . At first I thought a little greasy but it sinks right in. I woke up this morning without a tight sore face . I feel it’s probably more a night cream but talk to me in the winter … The price is brilliant for the amount you get. You only need a pea sized amount so it will last for ages. I love that it doesn’t have perfume and is tested on humans .

Nice product that keeps the skin moisturised after the face wash dryness. I really liked it.

I like this product so much because after I applied on my face so smooth and glassy. But you need to used the ordinary serum first so that perfectmatch both products. 🙂
