I will be utilizing this book for awhile. Mastering the art of activating your vagus nerve for relief from pain and inflammation takes time and dedication but is so worth the effort and you will have the knowledge for life. Better than popping a pill! I have always wanted to learn about this technique in more depth and this is a great resource for newbies to the topic.

As a chiropractor, I found this book fascinating. While we learned of the vagus nerve in college, I never know how intricate and important this nerve is to overall health. This book has a lot of information, and a lot to understand, but it is a comprehensive and well researched book, and worth the read. Well done!

Could be shorter
I think the book should have been shorter or divided into two separate parts. I loved how the author combined theoretical and spiritual parts. I also loved how he used one of my beloved yoga techniques of scanning your own body mentally and observing your feelings. I give the book 4.5 stars
