Detergent sulfates are bad for your hair; they’re drying and harsh. Magnesium sulfate can be a little drying on hair, but as long as it’s balanced with other moisture products you will be fine! So when you think of bad sulfates that you avoid in hair products, magnesium sulfate isn’t one of them. It’s Curly Girl approved, if that helps! **Q: Why dose it say sulfate free,But has sulfate on the back of the list of ingredients?** A: The ingredient is magnesium sulfate which is Epson salt, not the bad sulfates. However too much magnesium sulfate can really dry your hair so make sure you have hydrating products as well. **Q: Is this for low prosity type 4a hair?** A: This product sits on the hair pretty heavily (almost waxy.) My hair is medium porosity and it didn’t absorb well-if at all. There was a coating that weighed my curls down. If you have a tighter curl pattern, I doubt this product will penetrate your hair shaft to define and condition your curls. It smells great-but that’s about it. Skip it. **Q: Can i use this on wigs as well? I have one with curls and some frizz. Just spray it on at night?** A: Yeah i use it on my wigs ## Frequently Bought Together - Cantu Comeback Curl Next Day Curl Revitalizer Mist with Shea Butter for Natural Hair, 12 fl oz - Cantu Moisturizing Curl Activator Cream with Shea Butter for Natural Hair, 12 fl oz - Cantu Coconut Curling Cream with Shea Butter for Natural Hair, 12 oz --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.ph/products/63142644-cantu-comeback-curl-next-day-curl-revitalizer-12-fluid-ounce](https://www.desertcart.ph/products/63142644-cantu-comeback-curl-next-day-curl-revitalizer-12-fluid-ounce) --- *Product available on Desertcart Philippines* *Store origin: PH* *Last updated: 2026-10-09*
