Love this ice maker. Runs quiet and makes ice really fast plus excellent size for counter.

Works great. A little noisy at times but easy to use and makes ice in just a few minutes (6 or 7). Definitely would recommend. It’s not going to make enough for a party but for a small family it’s perfect.

This icemaker is exactly what I wanted to be able to have fresh ice whenever I need it. It makes 10 cubes at a time. Very fast and convenient. The only drawback is that you have to collect the ice and put it in your freezer after a few cycles or it begins to melt a bit. Great for camping too!

Update: after leaving my first review the manufacturer reached out to me and offered a replacement. It was shipped quickly and I haven’t had any problems with the new one at all thus far. It makes ice quickly and is relatively quiet. Customer service was STELLAR!!! 1st review: Smaller counter top ice maker. Worked pretty good while it worked. Only lasted a couple of months and then just stopped working. I tried EVERY troubleshoot option i found online. Annoying i have to go out a buy a new one again, but wont be by this brand.

Never owned an ice maker. This one is just fine. It’s easy to work. It makes ice then as the ice melts the water returns to the place where the water goes and it makes more ice! Simple! I do think it’s a little noisy but then, it’s ice dropping into the bucket. Not sure how you’d make that quiet.

This is a simple to use portable ice maker that makes great hollow bullet shaped ice cubes. It keeps on making ice as long as you keep it supplied with water. It will stop and a RED light will turn on indicating that the ice hopper is full. It is easy to clean and empty any water that you have remaining. We love this ice maker! It's a little noisy, but not a concern.

I like it a lot better than my previous ice maker which was a Frigidaire. The new one makes ice a lot faster and produces the ice in no time at all. I usually only have to make ice twice a week as I put it in the freezer . Love that it produces enough ice for 3 days and I only have to let it run for a few hours to produce 4 lrg gallon zip lock bags full.

After only a couple of months, started making noise like an electrical arc. Worked ok for that time. Edit: The EUHOMY people read my review, and without any prompting on my part, offered to replace the defective icemaker. They even recognized that we might have disposed of the defective maker. They sent two e-mails. I missed the first one. They sent a follow-up. "Please send pictures if you can, if not, that is OK. We need a shipping address." I felt like they wanted to solve this, as if they were taking my part. I really appreciate their effort to make this right. While it would have been better if the icemaker had simply continued to work, ignoring the problem on their end would have been worse. The water down here tastes bad when you make it into ice. Using any brand of filtering pitcher takes out the bad flavor. We can use ice trays, but we are lazy. Putting the pitcher water into an icemaker gets us good tasting ice. We had a different icemaker. When that one failed, we got this one to fill the gap. It took us a long time to navigate the warranty maze for the other brand of icemaker...so many e-mails, describe this, photograph that. It literally took months. It took so long that we had not yet gotten the replacement when this one failed. (It had been shipped.) So EUHOMY's approach to customer service was totally refreshing. I felt that the other company's approach was: another hurdle, another layer of support that requires you to explain the problem yet again, maybe you will just go away and we won't have to fix the problem. With EUHOMY, I felt that they were actually trying to make it right from day one. It would still have been better if the icemaker had continued to work. But I have to give them a star.
