Really great supplement!

This vitamin from Thorne is very strong. I started feeling results the very first day. It really worth the high price of this vitamin.

Can definitely tell a difference in quality. Not bad value for money

I was going to the doctors to figure out why my hands, legs and feet were cramping severely .. I asked to have my Vitamin K level taken after I read what Vitamin K is good for in the body. I was on the very, very low end and was told I was normal??? Fast forward I decided I would try this and after a few days no leg, feet or hands cramping. I also paired this with Magnesium Glycinate as this to is beneficial for muscles cramping.
