Item is not as described
The unit I received did not have the anti-slide slot, the one sent to me had dovetail slot machined into the adjusting arms and no notches as stated and shown in the description of the item. No click sounds when adjusting the arms as shown on many videos depicting the gimbal as advertised.Also the gimbal would not perform a 360° unlimited rotation separately in 3 axes under locking mode without colliding with itself, no matter how it was adjusted. Attempting to do an inverted position by hanging the gimbal upside down for a shot was impossible.Seems this was a previous version of the crane-m and not the one shown in the add…….. needless to say it’s going back.

Nope and more nope.
Super disappointed. I was very excited to get this and start using it. I've seen what it can do when its working properly and by all accounts, when it is working, it looks like a great device. Alas, the one I received did not work. Whenever I powered it up it just failed and immediately tossed my camera (lumix g7) to the side. all the button were unresponsive. I saw on youtube that you sometimes have to download firmware to upgrade the device... so I tried that and it was complicated as hell. You ave to download 3 suspect programs, a USB driver, a tools package, and the firmware upgrade and then none of the programs speak to each other well. The device then failed to sync up to anything. So.... yea.... pretty pissed. Going to spending a little more on a different gimbal now.
