I decided to try Vegavero Vegan Omega 3 because I believe in the benefits of omega-3 supplements, especially since they include essential vitamins like A, D, E, and K, which are optimally absorbed thanks to the omega-3 oil. The product arrived in a securely sealed bottle containing 60 capsules, enough for a month when taken twice daily - once with breakfast and once with dinner. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t have any unpleasant taste or smell, which is great for those who might be sensitive to that. I also appreciated that these capsules are smaller than other omega-3 supplements I've tried in the past. While I haven’t noticed any significant changes since I started taking them, I appreciate the added vitamins, which helps reduce the need for multivitamin supplements. I’m considering purchasing them again because of this convenience and the overall quality of the product.

As I'm getting older I have been trying out various supplements to support my health so that I don't have to spend any more time than necessary seeing a doctor, which, let's face it, isn't the easiest thing to do these days. I already knew that Omega-3's were very good for you as they are found in fish, and this, coupled with the addition of the ADEK vitamins seemed like a good solid combination. They are quite large capsules, but easy to swallow, and they do not have any weird smells or aftertaste like some fish oil capsules I've tried in the past. I've only been taking them for a couple of weeks, but fingers crossed these, along with some other supplements, will help boost my overall health.

I have taken Omega 3 soft gels previously, but never a Vegan substitute as I am not Vegan, but I liked the sound of them in the product description, with being quite pure and free from GMO. Also the alternative of using algae oil sounded interesting and maybe even more effective. These are slightly smaller soft gels than I have been used to, but I always do have issues when trying to swallow tablets, so I do allow them to soften in my mouth a little before swallowing with water. The product information does state that the green caps, as they are called, masks any unpleasant odours which they don't completely. If you have fish oil in any form, it is always going to smell of fish and these still do, but they are definitely milder and have minimal after taste. I have been taking these as directed, 2 daily, for just over a week and I have noticed that I feel as though I have a bit more energy than usual. I don't know if taking these is the cause for this, but I will continue to take them. It does state under the container label to take 2 daily with sufficient water and food, so I am not sure whether to take these with, before or after food, as previous cod liver oil capsules did not state to take with food at all, so this is a bit confusing. I generally take them about 30 minutes before my afternoon meal, and so far haven't had any problems with them. I will continue on taking these capsules in the same way as I currently am, and although they do seem a bit pricey for what is only 1 months supply, I would consider purchasing them again if they proved to be effective in the long run.

Product is of good quality. Capsules don't disintegrate on contact. Decent size easy to access and take, no any unpleasant aftertaste. Seem to do the job, help our daily health.

I particularly like that these are potent and contain no unecassary addatives. It is extracted from microalgae Schizochytrium which I am told is potent and pure. All lab tested and vegan friendly too.

Great omega 3, easy to swallow, the taste is not bad either

I have been taking omega 3 from algae by another brand for 5 years now and never had any issues but one capsule of this and I was burping up fishy flavour many hours later. I will not be repurchasing this.

Prinzipell ganz gut, aber für mich zu niedrig dosiert. Bei der Dosierung müsste ich 4-6 Stk. am Tag nehmen und dann ist es ein teurer Spaß. Riechen stark nach Algen/Meer, aber das war zu erwarten.

Ho scelto questo Omega 3 perché cercavo un’alternativa vegetale, pulita e completa. È stata una sorpresa molto positiva. L’olio di alghe è leggero, non ha retrogusto e non dà fastidio allo stomaco. Le capsule sono facili da deglutire. Dopo poche settimane ho notato più energia, maggiore lucidità mentale e una pelle più elastica. La presenza delle vitamine D3, K2, E e A fa davvero la differenza. È un prodotto pensato bene, non un semplice integratore “base”. Si percepisce la qualità della materia prima. Perfetto per chi segue un’alimentazione vegana o per chi vuole evitare derivati del pesce senza rinunciare a DHA ed EPA. Lo ricomprerò senza dubbio. Un Omega 3 completo, etico e ben formulato.

La verdad es que llevo poco tiempo tomándolo, pero voy empezando a ver algún cambio positivo. Sinceramente ésta marca siempre es un acierto. Tomo varios suplementos de Vegavero y estoy encantadísima. Recomiendo 100%. Si quieres un suplemento de calidad y vegano, ésta es la opción acerta.
