GYEON Cure Matte Redefined Hydrophobic Ceramic Spray Sealant for Matte Paint Vinyl PPF Vehicles with Silica Protection and Water Beading Long‑Lasting Matte Finish

I recently bought a Hummer EV SUV Carbon Fiber Edition that comes with matte paint, Magnus Gray Matte. I’ve never had matte paint before but read it can be a pain to care for. I figured to make cleaning easier, let me get some sort of protection on it so washing is easier and dirt and such releases better from the paint. There aren’t as many matte specific products as there are for regular paint which craves gloss but this seemed easy to apply and lasts long enough to get from wash to wash. So today, I gave it its first wash with a matte specific soap and after rinsing while the paint was still wet, I sprayed this onto my drying towel as I went to dry each panel. They say you can dilute it 1:1 I think but I went full strength, but again, sprayed it onto the towel not the paint itself and went about drying. No problems at all, no streaking, nothing. Just sprayed the towel again with a spray or two for each panel. Looked great, no issues. Later that evening I was bored so I went ahead and said let me give it one more better dry coat in the garage. Again, got a plush microfiber and sprayed a spray on the towel and worked it in. Then buffed it out with a different dry towel. Again, no issues, no streaks, no nothing, just even nice coverage. I misted a bit of distilled water on a side panel and wow, the beads were great especially compared to how flat water rolled on this matte paint before I did anything. I’ve read great things about gyeon products and this one definitely is worth it. When I need more, I’ll definitely go with it again.

Like all gyeon products this produce has bperformed well. It added a quick light top coat on my Matte paint job. Most important to me was that it did not change to coat to gloss. It maintaind the matte while providing a quick detail of the surface and added protection. Good smell like all Gyeon

This product doesn’t really last all that long… kind of don’t understand why I bought it, bc it would have been better to just keep the evo ceramic coating as top coat, nothing else - because it has much better hydrophobic properties. The coating just inhibits the ceramic coating! Granted, I keep my car in the garage… so my ceramic coating has better longevity.

This stuff is awesome - easy to apply and water beads on it like nothing I've used before.

This works better than expected. Applied it over the ceramic coating amd PPF. Didn't stain the matte. A little higher priced but worth it. Smooth finish on my vehicle and lasts a long time. Actually really like this, still holding up.

By far, the best hydrophobic ceramic coating that I’ve applied on my matte PPF. My PPF went from a dirt magnet to super silky smooth in just one application. It smells great and it’s not hard to apply at all! I love it!
