Fantastic build quality, great weather protection, easy to use.
Bought this about 3 months ago to help with my outside charger. For the price, was suitably impressed with quality. east to fit, I live in Scotland so far we have had -6 temp, snow, ice and lots of rain. never been an issue, the plug is always dry and the clip to release it works great. My 5 year old grandson can operate it without issue. plus you can wrap the cable around it, I added a weather proof hook about 40cm below it and wrap the cable around both, so it does not move with the weather.Super quality and value for money. Water proof and reliable.

Ideal budget accessory if you're using your 3 Pin EV charger rather than a dedicated 7.4kw unit.
My Hyundai Ioniq is exceptionally efficient and even doing 10,000-12,000 miles a year the 3 pin charger that came with the car has been perfectly adequate for me over the last 2.5 years of driving fully electric.After a while, I started getting sick of throwing the cable over a wheelie bin all the time only for it to drop to the floor and cause more and more scratches.This wall holder fits the plug absolutely perfectly and seems more than robust enough to last at least a couple of years. Absolutely fine and will probably increase the longevity of the charging plug too.

Much better than the Ohme standard holder.
Much better than the rubbish piece of plastic supplied with our Ohme charger. The latch to hold the connector is a little flimsy, but not a big problem.

Simple but brilliant.
The combined plug retainer/ cable storage that came with my charger was really flimsy and held the plug horizontally so when it rained water could get in so I started looking for a replacement. I was recommended this by a chap on a computer forum and having read through the reviews thought I would give it a try. When it turned up it came in a good size box and was well packaged. It seems to be of good quality and had instructions on how to mount it. It took me around ten minutes to fit it and was easy to do. It holds the cable securely and the plug is now at a 45 degree downwards angle meaning that rain can no longer get in the plug. Releasing the plug is simple with a decent size release tab placed just right for your thumb to release while holding the cable. A great bbit of kit for not a lot of money.
