Bought this item to use as replacement mesh on or kettle filter and it works a treat. We will be able to get at least another five filters from the remaining mesh after cutting out our first replacement, but I suspect that will not be needed as this is stailess steel rather than the flimsy nylon filter that came with the kettle. Also the cost was less than a third of the cost of replacing the original filter with a new one from the manufacturer.

Was looking for something suitable to fix the filter on my kettle & found this on Amazon, very easy to cut into shape and has saved me money buying a new kettle (which isn’t needed as it still works perfectly) 👍🏻

Good bit of mesh, comes well packaged.

Perfect mesh sizing to replace my kettle’s filter and because it’s metal and not plastic, it should last longer than what the original did, which was 6 months in a very hard water area.

Used this product to make a new filter for our electric kettle as the original was no longer available. I was able to cut the mesh using kitchen scissors so it worked very well.

Used it to fix the filter on a cheap Asda kettle .. better than the original

Nothing to dislike, brought for filter in fish tank, had some left, so decided to make new filter for kettle, happy man

Initially, I was looking for a filter replacement for a kettle but not quite sure that it would fit. Came across this mesh by chance and decided to give it a go, as you can cut the mesh to the size needed. It is sturdy but you can bend to shape and it does the job. I think this will last us a long, long time.
