Started storing clothes that don’t quite fit in a suitcase, so Bought these to help keep them fresh. Quite like that fact you can dry them out once the colour changes and reuse them, so will plan to check them now and then. So far so good.

Their great for popping into drawes and wardrobes, they help prevent mold forming below the draw bases, so help keep clothing fresh, especially in the areas of uk where damp is a real problem, their also re usable so although the initial cost may seem a tad high they will save you buying new cupboards, so prety cheap really

Superb little sachets. Helpful to see the silica gel change colour so you know when it's time to recharge. I have had them about 1 month, and have just recharged them. The instructions say for 5 sachets it's 3 minutes a side at 700w power (check your microwave power setting). After reading that some people had bad outcomes when dehyrating I exercised a bit of caution. I put 5 x sachets in my microwave on a paper towel on medium power (which for me is 600w) for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes I removed and checked the colour of the gel. I could see that they were not quite fully dehydrated as the silica was almost back to original colour but not quite. I turned them over and did 1 minute on medium power. The result perfect. No explosions, no leakage or other crazy stuff happened. It's easy to see the moisture on your kitchen roll when turning them over. Be mindful when handling they are very warm! As my sachets were not totally absorbed the full amount of time was not needed to dehydrate them. Allow the sachets to cool completely before replacing. Job Done!

Seemed to work well. The indicator beads did turn black. However could not reuse them. Put them in microwave as instructed (tried 3 times) but black beads remained black.

Used these to help combat moisture when storing our inflatable hot tub over the winter. Put a few of these in with the deflated tub to prevent mould!

I have ordered 2 diverent packs, one of 4 and one of 6. I will use them for my filament storage bags, and these are reusable too. I choosed the reusable packets because throwing them away isn't good.

I thought to weigh it a day or so after I began using it. At that point it was 1.82 oz. After a couple of weeks in the application I was using it for, it weighed 2.319. Two days later I checked it again and it weighed the same so I assumed it was fully absorbed. My microwave is 1,000W. I watched it for two minutes and tons of steam coming out of it. Another 25 sec on high then let it cool. You see the final weight to the right after cooling it and it lost all absorption weight just as it should have.
