It is a compact in size and premium product. Lapo is a leading brand in sanitary segment. First of all, I got it in a safe package along with all accessories provided within the box. It got premium and long term build quality. The material is top quality as it resists strain, scratches and also easy to clean. I think the best part in it is dual flush system which saves a lot of water compared to normal flush system. Its S-Trap design and whirlpool flushing pattern gives a clean and clog free experience. It got silent seat closing which is unique in this price range. The ceramic, plastic and other parts is made of high quality and to last long. Also, brand is giving 7 year guarantee period which is awesome.

I bought this Lapo One Piece Closet, the product delivered fast and securely (within 2 days). I was sceptical about the product quality and the condition of the product due to fragility but Amazon Logistics team and the seller of this product done an excellent job regarding this..The product was secure and intact with every necessary accessories.But after few days there is an issue of water leakage due to manufacturing defects. I gave it 2 stars because the customer support & technical support experience was good.But the manufacturer should improve the product and conduct a proper testing before dispatch. Afterall, this product makes no sence. Completely wastage of time money and man power..
