It went off without a hitch as I worked diligently to complete school assignments, documentation, and photographs for my children. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the ink seems to last longer than I had anticipated, especially considering the very low cost of the product. Several of my acquaintances who were interested in reducing the amount of money they spent on printing were even given my recommendation to purchase these cartridges. Nevertheless, just when I was beginning to believe that I had discovered the holy grail of printer ink, my printer surprised me by throwing a curveball at me. It began flashing an error message all of a sudden, indicating that there was an issue with the color cartridge. At first, I thought it may be a simple malfunction, so I attempted all of the typical troubleshooting processes, such as withdrawing and re-inserting the cartridge, cleaning the print heads, and even doing a complete reset of the machine. In a disappointing turn of events, nothing seemed to address the problem.
