Nice product, 100% cocoa, used it mostly for hot chocolate, will try baking a cake with it too.When making hot chocolate, we need to thoroughly mix the cocoa with some hot milk first, otherwise it will form lumps and wont mix properly.

It's okayish product... I feel like it's quite expensive for bakers and good for if you want to try baking for just hobby. Colour is also too dark which makes you think about it's quality.
