This is amazing. Not only does it give all the info you input when someone scans it, it also notifies you that someone scanned it and where the scan was done - so you can locate your missing pet.

My cats are all chipped and wear collars with a metal slide-on ID tag but I don't think that this is enough identification. When I came across this QR code collar, I just had to try it out. If a cat should happen to get out of the house and meet someone while on an adventure, the new friend could scan the QR code on the collar without having to get really close to the cat, if she won't let them. Setting up the profile was very easy. Once someone scans the QR code, you will be sent an email stating that the code was scanned. The finder will see the profile that you set up and will have an option to call you, to see your location (that was put in the profile, this is NOT a live GPS tracker) and an option to go to the Amazon website to purchase a QR collar of their own. They will also be asked if they would like to share their location with the owner.This collar comes with a bell, but I highly recommend that you DO NOT leave the bell on. I have no idea why most cat collars come with a bell, because it actually stresses the cat out. The constant ringing messes with their natural prey instinct and it is very confusing for the cat. Please remove the bell if you happen to have one on the collar now.I am impressed with this collar and will be purchasing more for my other cats.

This was quick and easy to set up. When I first scanned it, it gave me an error--like website not found or something, but I scanned it again, and it worked fine. It only took a few minutes to enter all of my cat's info. I was able to add a few photos onto it and then I put the collar on the cat. I have a kitten that's only a few months old, and I was able to get it on tightly enough that he's been wearing it a couple weeks now and it hasn't fallen off outside or anything. He didn't like it at first and the bell was driving him crazy as he was trying to get to it (which was amusing), but he got used to it quickly and it no longer seems to bother him. I would highly recommend this. Definitely a better value than getting one that has a few lines printed on it and really limits what you can put on it. The nice thing about this too is that if the collar falls off and someone just finds that, they can scan it and get it back to me, or maybe even identify the cat it belongs to if they see him around and just put it back onto him for me. I would highly recommend this. There's really room to load a lot of info onto this if you need to.

I was really happy to see this next step in ID for pets. I’ve had so many tags fall off of collars and have the engraving fade, not to mention the noise they make .With these you simply scan the QR code on the collar with your smartphone. Dokitag website asks for your email address to verify your account, which is free and easy to set up. You can add several pets profiles to your account with quite a bit of info on each plus two pictures. Anyone who finds your pet can scan the tag and contact you.These are not tracking devices. In my opinion this is better than microchips as anyone with a smartphone can read them. Big 5 stars!UPDATE Update: Two of my kitties got the collars off by the breakaway buckle working. Gladly it happened inside and I put the collars back on and they’ve stayed on. Then the new boys pushed the screen out of the window and they got outside. The neighbors were alerted to help and one of the tags was scanned. My phone alerted me and maps showed where the tag was and which cat it was. Boys are home safely. The only problem I ve encountered is trying to find the website myself to edit the profiles. Can’t find it . But the tags work. Just be sure you put what you want to say when you register

It's very useful the idea and everything is smart but my cat git it off the first week so if you have a cat that doesn't try and get out of every color this is a super smart way to save money while keeping your fur baby safe

OK this is a game changer. I love how it has a QR code where you could put a picture of the pet, phone number, address, and updated as needed!The collars are great quality and very soft. I use one for my dog and the other for my cat. They are adjustable and nobody is bothered with them and they’ve been wearing them for about a month now.Super easy to set up information for QR tag! Highly highly recommended to keep your babies safe

I got this for a friend who just got a new kitten. It's so easy to set up and after helping my friend with this collar I plan to get them for my 3 cats as well. It took less than 10 minutes to register and sign up for the tag. After the setup, we were able to add a picture and add personal information so that if the cat is lost anyone can scan the code to find the owner. I like this better than a microchip, which all my cats have, but I can't pay the yearly fee. This collar is fantastic for cats and dogs.
