The hunt for a robot mop led me down a path of mistaken identity. I was drawn to the Roborock Q Revo Max V with its voice control features and AI pet identification, but similar names and appearances on Amazon resulted in me accidentally picking up the Pro at a lower price point. While I initially felt like I missed out on some cool features, the Q Revo Pro has become a welcome surprise.Powerful Performance on Hard FloorsThe Q Revo Pro may not have all the bells and whistles of the Max V, but it delivers where it counts. Lesson Learned: Double-checking those model numbers is crucial!Clear Communication for Clear Instructions1 to 300 debacle an amusement I needed.Even with the Roborock website offering a fantastic solution - a clear picture graph outlining pictures of how many caps you use? People just weren't getting it. 1 to 300 is not that difficult, I can only imagined the amusement to the same question over and over again. This robot vac / mop has been great to far. Easy to set up, mapped the house perfectly, does a great job vacuuming wood floors and carpet, absolutely great job mopping, and like the app so far but still figuring that out. I upgraded to this model because of how you basically set it and forget it with the large water reservoirs and how it cleans the mop heads with hot water and dries them with warm air. So far it is working as advertised with us not having to do anything for about 3 weeks and it (named it Big Buddy) doing it’s job. I got this unit on sale for around $650 and so far well worth the money and I would recommend the upgrade for the reasons listed above!Update after a month of use: Still love this unit. Working as described above. Also, have used the app now and it works great. I especially like the no-go zones. The only issue I have seen is a lack of customization on the scheduling. We only need to mop every couple of weeks but you have to set it up for weekly at a minimum, if you are scheduling.

I am so impressed with this vacuum. It's a replacement for a Eufy that was wearing out, and It's worth every penny. The other vacuum had areas that it kept getting stuck in, but this one doesn't get stuck at all. It navigates obstacles super well, it does a terrific job of vacuuming and mopping. The mop pads lift up when going over carpet and lower back down when going over a flat surface like tile. The mopping worked really well and did a good job of cleaning the floors. I am super impressed by how it vacuums and mops the tile at the same time. It goes back to the base to wash the mop pads periodically while it's cleaning and when it's done cleaning, it even dries the mop pads. It automatically dumps waste into the bag in the base at the completion of cleaning and the only minor negative is that it's a bit noisy when it does that, but it only lasts for a few seconds. You can set it to map your home before it does any cleaning and it does a great job of that, it only made some minor adjustments when it cleaned today. There are many different customizations in the cleaning programs that you can make. This is probably one of my favorite products I've ordered from Amazon, and I highly recommend it. I would absolutely purchase this again with no hesitation.
