Very Interesting

Seems like a good quality product. For me no nausea nor bloating. I believe it helps suppress appetite, but most noticeable when I first took one capsule was the blood returning to my fingers. My hands and finger warmed up for the first time since I can't remember. I will continue to take this for that reason alone.

Another product that is great bit not for me.

It keeps you from munching and binge eating. I also had less "sugar crash" symptoms. It was really tough on the stomach though. The bloating and constipation made me sick. I have pre existing stomach issues so this product wasn't great for someone like me .
