I love a nice pen, I bought a scrivener pen because I love the way it looks. Very classy.My pen arrived in a beautiful presentation box with a spare refill. Unfortunately I did have an issue with it as it leaked… but this I believe to be a one off. I called Scriveners customer support and the service I received was nothing less than exceptional. Jul was courteous and very helpful. Within 2 days I had an email saying they were sending me a new pen.On a performance side the pen is beautiful not only to look at but to write with as well. Thank you Scriveners for the service and the beautiful pen.I Love it xx

Beautiful pen. Great Quality pen body, the Deep colour and great fit n finish are fabulous. But Sometimes the rollerball flow is a bit iffy, which makes it difficult to use, but that is intermmittent and a small thing. If it hadnt been so this would defo be a 5 star product.
