When I unboxed I literally saw swarm of ants gave me chills.. I would suggest do a better packing and keep in an area where the package don’t attract ants or any insects.

I love this stuff! I use it for all kinds of cooking needs. Even used it in some of my buttermilk biscuits. I store it in the fridge and it lasts a really really long time. The texture is perfect.

This ghee has the same taste and texture as traditional Desi ghee—I honestly couldn’t tell the difference. It works perfectly in cooking and adds that authentic flavor to my dishes. Really impressed with the quality!

Jar was only 50% filled: big void below top 1/3 inch of product. Ghee seems good, however. Amazon refunded the cost, and I reordered.

This Ghee is supposedly healthier for you, but I do not like the taste at all. I'll stick with my regular butter and margarine for potatoes and toast. It might be just fine as a topping while grilling steaks.
