The media could not be loaded. Great quality, Lovely looking product and good quality. The body is glass and the handle is plastic but a good quality handle for dispersing honey. I especially like that there’s a plug at the bottom to hold back the honey when not in use.This does make a difference in cleanliness.You simply remove the plug to disperse your honey and when you stop pouring the honey, you just put the plug back on. The honey, pours out slowly, so there’s more control at how much is released, which I appreciate.Super easy to use and effective.It’s very pretty and gives a good appearance at my coffee buffet.

This is an amazing product. It works well, has a noice look and feel. The size is perfect and it’s easy to clean and refill.

Nice product, slow dispensing. The Item worked as designed, very decorative on the table. I would not buy again, not because the product is bad, its not, its that we just pour the honey from the bottle.

I love it but don't lose the white top. You will need it when you refill the pod.

This is the dumbest thing ever - how do you fill it? You take the cover off and the plunger comes with it so there is nothing that stops the honey from going out the bottom. Leak proof -lol - it doesn’t even hold the honey. Garbage!

The product did not come with instructions. It has a plastic cap that comes with it and I wasn't sure what it was for. I figured it out, but when filling the cannister with honey it slowly drips out into the holder that the dispenser comes with. I'll probably empty it totally and start from scratch and see if it works the way I was led to believe it's supposed to work. In summary I think the seal has to be redesigned as currently it's not leak proof.What I will say is that it's very good looking and glass and metal is used instead of plastic.
