No problems
I'm enjoying my tablet & I'm having no issues with it. I'll only use it for games & watch videos also read books too

Looks good works crappy.
The first one froze up within a week. Got a replacement and I can't stand this tablet. It's slow, it freezes and I've found it not compatible with my bank apps which is why I bought it in the first place. The camera shuts off for no reason in the middle of videoing. Anyway I'm not impressed.

Device is carrier locked🤦♀️
I wasn't aware the device was carrier locked through Verizon and it's been a task trying to get it unlocked. Verizon sends me to Amazon and Amazon sends me to the 3rd party the device was purchased through and now I'm waiting for them for respond in the next 24-48 hrs to see where I go from there. The tablet itself is is great but being able to actually use it with data hasnt proved to be any fun

The battery last a long time on it very good for kids that love to be on it
