TV Locked in Safe Mode
Unfortunately when the TV arrived and was powered on, it was locked in safe mode and we were unable to disable the function so had to return the item and look for an alternative product.

Not working after 2 days
Terrible experience, product not working after 2 days and the seller is not helpful at all so far. No assistance, and if I try to return the item I have to deliver it back myself (it’s a 75” TV!)
