Length of Hairs
I ordered one with Black hairs, received a blonde doll. However Daughter loved it but asked to get a black haired doll. :)

Poor Quality – Not Worth the Price
I bought the Barbie Nico Dazzling Doll for my niece, and I am extremely disappointed. The doll looks cheap and fake it doesn’t even resemble a proper Barbie. If a company is going to sell something, it should be made with care and proper quality, especially when customers are paying for it. It’s not free, and at least some standards should be maintained. Honestly, I cannot recommend this product.
