Dislikes: the holes on the sides, sort of uncomfortable but not a deal breaker.Likes:Levels of strength is great for me.Even better price for set of 3 different levels.After using you can feel the difference.Very easy to useJust recently started using so I’ll have to update on the performance of the product.
