It was packed well, and there were no rips or tears in the book. It had information that is extremely useful for Office Assistant exams, and it did help me pass my exam, but read it carefully, and it is best used with other companion books for Office Assistant exams.

I would recommend that you high light all the answers, no use memorizing or reading stuff that is wrong. I read it all and picked out the words and flunked my first test, never again. Only read the write answers. Only thing is people like taking the tests and seeing what they do on it, not me! I have a hard time studying and remembering as it is, so I will highlight all the answers. Good book thro.

The content was great and the tips were very helpful but I've already noticed multiple errors. Some of the "correct" answers for the Practice Tests were incorrect. The answer given and the explanation referred to two SEPARATE answer choices. Other than some simple typos though, this is pretty decent.I'll know just how good it was next week when I take my exam.
