The Gruffalo's Child Paperback – Picture Book, 1 March 2007

Our child loves this book, its a delight.

A must in every home having small kids. Read this or any of Julia Donaldson books to kids and see how there language improves and they get addicted to books instead of devices.

This is the sequel to "The gruffalo". My kid loved both. Saw the videos on Amazon prime and this book made him curious. He is 5 and loved reading these two books on his own. Engaging story , more like a rhyme.

My 3 yr old loves this book. The illustrations and language is very engaging.

While the first book 'Gruffalo' was amazing in the easy flow with which it could be read and the wonderful story line, 'The Gruffalo's Child' seems more forced in its attempt to be interesting. It is very abrupt in the way it starts and the way it moves from one portion to the next. I used to enjoy reading the first one for my daughter. But I read this one only because she is happy to have a new book. Only because she is happy, I give 4 stars. :)

Very good book for children

1.Get up and presentation-Big book. Thick,medium glossy pages. Sturdily bound. Suitable to endure the handling of a 4-5 yrs. Lovely colorful pictures to understand the story and attract them.2. About 30 pages long, funny story . More pictures, less word- perfect for a budding little reader .3. Rhyming lines. Simple enough, to be understandable, yet very matured classy language, enriching enough to build their vocabulary.4. Pictures play integral part in the story. Very effective and geographically accurate.5. Perfect delivery from Amazon. Original version.

The Book is good for kids, my 5 yrs old n 3 yrs old love reading the book and the picture in the book are also very good. I recommend it as s must buy for kids.
