The product and it's packaging was good.However the writing can be little more darker (black)... it looked grey. Options for the font used will make it better...

Quality and color are not good. It's a dull dirty white which makes the product look less admirable. The color can be improved. Of course it should be bright white to make an impression. Customization is good
