Easily put together in a couple of minutes. Instructions in clear English and optional arms for the oculus 3. The fit is spot on! Sits on the head fine and dosent wobble around. Battery charged and at first it drained my device battery, but once I swapped the cable around opposite way I could see the battery light and it was instantly charging the device. Stayed on and very comfy.
