For in-wall installation of this tubing, what sort of clamps/hardware should be used to secure to framing?

You can use standard 1" grey PVC clamps (used for rigid, grey, PVC electrical conduit). They fit perfectly. While I am sure they can be ordered online, I found mine at my local hardware store in the electrical section.

What is minimum bending radius?

I am not sure what you mean but you can bend it a full 180 degrees. That’s not ideal however when you pull cable.
