Great product, helpful customer support
I purchased this system, as well as 6 additional cameras to monitor our business, that's been experiencing some vandalism by some of the local homeless population. We'd previously been using an OOSSXX system that came with the building, and was around 12 years old. The difference between the 2 system, and support, are like night and day. Setting up the NVR, the included cameras, and the additional cameras was super easy. The most difficult part of setup was finding a central location for the NVR. After reaching out to support, it was confirmed that a Wifi extender/repeater could be used. The addition of the repeater extended the dual-band wifi enough to get constant connectivity to all 10 cameras that we are using. I've interacted with support 3 times and they have been very responsive, pleasant, and willing to help. The android app, as well as the windows client, make the system even easier to use and allows us to monitor the system in a multitude of ways. I would strongly recommend the Reolink NVR system. The quality of the product, ease of use, and help customer support makes the money well spent.

The best value security camera system in the market!
I have been researching and following security cameras with Wifi, Open standard protocols, connectivity to any standard NVRs or NAS, Cloud viewing, No subcription etc., Relink Camera system is the one with all of these options. The best part of Reolink Wifi cameras are its open standards supporting ONVIF/RTSP, HTTP/HTTPS etc., for video streaming and can work with any NVRs and NAS supporting these camera. You don't need to stick to Reolink systems for using their camers. Apart from this Reolink NVR provides its own Wifi and can also work with home wifi network if we have a mesh wifi network for whole home coverage. We can connect other brand camers with these open standards to Reolink NVRs.Nerverless, Reolink cameras and NVRs are maintaing reliable connections at my home and never had problem with respect to connectitiy, provided I have mesh wifi network to cover my whole home and some cameras are connected via different wifi point. So far I have used them for 3 months and did not have any issues.Cameras montion detection and object auto detections are working perfectly and alerting immediately. I have installed all my cameras outdoor.Apart from this, the cameras and NVR systems come with all the necessary accessories that will be needed to support any kind of installation. No need to buy any addtional accesseries to install the cameras. This is one of my best value purchase.

E1 Outdoor S are terrible cameras and have lot of issues
I recently purchased the E1 Outdoor S cameras for enhancing my home security system but I was disappointed with the performance. The video quality is subpar, and often grainy which defeats the purpose of having a security camera. Additionally, the tilt function often gets stuck, which I found was due to the micro SD card rubber cover pinching it. This is a serious design fault.Another major issue I encountered is that it randomly forgets its monitor position, which means it can move to a completely useless position, creating a security loophole in my setup. To make matters worse, the camera's functionality is further impaired at night and during any pan or tilt movements, rendering the video practically useless.Overall, I'm extremely dissatisfied with the E1 Outdoor S cameras and would not recommend this product for anyone looking to secure their premises. The reliability and effectiveness of a security camera are paramount, and unfortunately, this model falls short in delivering these aspects.

E1 outdoor cameras are a decent upgrade from Zmodo system
Reason for getting the system: Previously had 4 Zmodo 1080p wifi cameras covering majority of my property. However, the $99/yr subscription for cloud storage of snippets was absolutely not worth the money. The Zmodo cameras were slow to activate with motion and snippets recorded being less than 15 seconds. Also, night vision was crap, ghosting figures, turning on for bugs etc. I needed a change as what was getting captured wasnt enough to have charges brought against the trouble makers.Experience with this Reolink:1) love that it records 24/7, all feeds, easy playback in app and on monitor (can share access to the system as well via QR code)2) tracking, spotlight, alarms all great for my needs (tracking gets a bit pixilated, but it's wifi, so some is to be expected)3) you can set block out zones and sizes. Meaning I can block out traffic driving on the road in front of my house but still be notified if someone pulls into the street lawn or comes up my walkway. Also will not turn on the light/camera and track every stray cat in the neighborhood roaming at night.4) very customizable settings for each camera including the default positions, time until returning to home position, time an object is in view before alarm goes off etc.4) mounting brackets were easy to install (plastic and don't seem ulta strong) and there are incredibly long power cable extensions.DRAWBACKS:1) You ABSOLUTELY need a monitor to do initial set up. Did not work with my phone, iPad or laptop. I didn't have an admission cable long enough to reach from my tv to the router and nvr, so ended up ordering a small monitor from Amazon, delaying install (I now love having a dedicated monitor, so I can easily see the cameras from my office desk)2) you HAVE to hook the cameras up to the nvr for initial set up and wifi sync. (Because it is a pre-boxed system I guess they did this for security reasons) This however, meant I needed to hook one camera back up via ethernet to re-link and sync it to a wifi extender. Which brings me to a major drawback3) The wifi range on the cameras is HORRIBLE! There is exactly 83ft between the nvr and my driveway camera and I needed a signal booster as the signal was dropping, lagging freezing so often the camera wasn't effective. Which circles back to why the need to physically connect the cameras to the nvr to change / sync wifi is not good. My camera is mounted 18ft up with power inside the garage so it was a pain in the butt process to get it connected to an extender.4) screws supplied for mounting are crap, they strip very easily. I'm old school and always drill pilot holes and the screws still stripped out someOverall it is a good system so far and considering it would have cost me $299/yr for cloud storage (smartz Eaze) for the zmodo cameras and their quality and sensitivity sucked it's a great deal for the long haul at a one time cost of 575( on sale)I definitely want to stress you need to have a monitor for set up and each camera needs to be linked to nvr via ethernet cable for initial setup and any time wifi link is changed and sync is needed.Included a picture of the camera next to a standard size coffee mug to reference size.
