Works fine at first but then one sided plate is not working even though my straightener is not a year old 😑 very disappointed. Is there any possibility to replace it.

This straightener is amazing. I have not straightened my hair in nearly 10 years and know I won’t be doing it very often, so I wanted something that worked well but wasn’t very expensive. My hair is around 25/26 inches long and very thick and wavy. This made my hair so straight and with no frizz. The straightener heats up very quickly and has a range of temps to choose from.
