It works well, and I definitely prefer it over using a cable. There are a few issues I've noticed, though. It tends to disconnect in certain areas every time I drive through them—around 8 times out of 10 it disconnects and takes a couple of minutes to reconnect, and the other 2 times it just lags until I'm past the area. I’ve tried it in two different vehicles and had the same problem. Another issue is that if someone else connects their phone to it, when I reconnect mine afterwards it lags quite badly for a couple of days before going back to normal. Also, a small but annoying thing is that the cap on the back fits very loosely and keeps falling off. That said, over 7 months in, I'm still happy with it.
