The iPad Pro has a really top range oled screen and my take is that all protection degrades what your looking at.so it’s great to have a protector that can be put on when needed, and easily taken off when not….in my case when grandkids arrive.😀 Brilliant idea

Having read the other reviews, I'm starting to believe I received a different product. Mine is not at all magnetic but sticky - which worked a few times but now it just slides down the iPad, making it more or less useless unfortunately. The previous magnetic privacy filter I used (Kensington, with my Mac) had a definitive 'snap' every time and it never got tired.

Magnetic cover with minimal contact on the screen which didn't fit properly. Made worse when using a cover for the IPad in that the protector bubbled and didn't make contact with the IPad. Poorly designed and ended up in the trash.

This protector works well on the landscape, but when I rotate my iPad to portrait mode, it loses its privacy effects. There also seems to be a gap between the screen and the protector. I like the matte finish, which is great for reading and writing, but I’m most likely to be reading in portrait mode (0 privacy). Overall, I think it’s okay, and the package is very good. I’ll keep the sleeve for future use, just in case I need to remove the protector temporarily.

Die magnetische Sichtschutzfolie von ESR hat mich wirklich überzeugt. Sie lässt sich mühelos anbringen – einfach auflegen, und die Magnete halten sie perfekt in Position. Kein lästiges Ausrichten oder Blasenbildung. Der Sichtschutz funktioniert zuverlässig: Von vorne sieht man alles klar, aber seitlich wird der Bildschirm sofort dunkel. Perfekt, wenn man unterwegs arbeitet und mehr Privatsphäre will. Die matte Oberfläche reduziert außerdem Reflexionen deutlich, was die Nutzung angenehmer macht. Besonders praktisch finde ich, dass man die Folie jederzeit abnehmen und wiederverwenden kann. Eine rundum gelungene Lösung, die ich definitiv weiterempfehlen kann!

Loved it, easy to install

Very bad temper, wasted my money not buying from esr again. Touch very bad, viewing angle so so bad. It supresses the brightness, so much galre I suppose it is defective

Works great. Easy to install without creating bubbles. It’s touch sensitive while installed…almost as good as a bare screen. (The screen feel to the touch will be slightly different, though.) When you buy it, it comes with a protective sleeve. I threw mine out, but I wish I’d kept it, so I could remove the privacy screen every so often, and keep the screen in the sleeve, and just slide the sleeve in and out of my backpack. Oh well. If you don’t get the positioning just right the first time you put the screen on, that’s fine because you can remove the screen and put it back on easily, many times. (It uses an adhesive, so I’m not sure how long it would last if you removed the screen and reinstalled it, say multiple times a day for weeks on end. But it holds up surprisingly well.)
