Protein in minutes for breakfast. A great plus
I eat oatmeal every morning and my Doctor said I'm to have protein with my pills. So I got this to help with my oatmeal and protein problem. I like the banana nut the best. I think you can cut back a little on the water or you will have more of a soup. I think it tastes fine. I think it is different than my regular oatmeal. But I going for the convenience of not finding protein first thing before I take my meds. Just a few minutes and you have your oatmeal. I think it stays with you longer than cereal does or most carbs. But so does most fiber foods.

Great taste; easy to make
I have a serving of this instant oat meal every morning. Put one envelope's contents into a bowl, add milk and 1 minute in the micro wave. Each serving is quite small, about 1/3 of a diner bowl, but fine for me. I tried all 3 varieties. I like the brown sugar best, but the others are are also excellent. I recommend Quaker oat meal without any reservations.

Good, but internal package issues
Flavor was good, no issues with gluten allergies. 6 of the maple brown sugar packets were not sealed when box was opened so product was spilled inside of box. Hopefully is a one off problem will order again.

Easy, quick breakfast with protein. I add occasional fruits and a dash of cinnamon for breakfast or a dessert.

Good - fast breakfast meal
This is a tasty and fast breakfast solution. The high protein recipe tastes a bit different than regular oatmeal, and instant oatmeal doesn’t taste as good to me. However for the easy and fast preparation it is a very fair trade!
