I was in such pain in both feet and back to the point that each step hurt. I put three patches on, not expecting miracles, went to bed and was awakened by intense heat exactly where the patches were applied. Expecting the worst, I stood up and the pains were so much less. I am so grateful for this, absolutely overjoyed. Patches stayed firmly on, heat is a little intense but pain relief evident. Worked for me.

Rubbish don't waste your money.made gout so much worse,it makes heat instead of cooling.dont touch.Because they are so sticky it is very painful to remove.

Some people say they don’t stick mine stayed on could feel the difference in bed was not as soar or tender would recommend them

I've had bad flare up of gout for a few days, so I thorght I'd try these patches, I've used one every night now for the past few days, but unfortunately I can't say it feels any different, it is still hurting just as much, so I don't think I would buy them again unless down the line they should start to work, in which case I will update the feedback accordingly.
