Capsules are a bit thicker than I am used to.Which puts me off of taking them regularly.Would have given 5 stars if the capsules where easier to digest.

My hot flushes seem to have subsided so I'm really pleased with the tablets.

Great product and really works

The packaging is good and self seal. There were some positive elements to it's results.However, all of my family started to take them and we all had differing side effects. Stomach pain, aching joints, heart palpitations, shortage of breath.Advice, do your research prior to purchasing.

Magnesium is one of those minerals you don't think you need until you start taking it and then wish you had started taking it sooner.These capsules are easy to swallow, which for me is important as I am not the best at taking tablets. No aftertaste, nor do they upset my tummy (which magnesium can do).2 months supply, which can be posted through your letterbox, they are in a clip seal bag, easy to store.

Hmm - tried due to the hype on social media, but found it kept me awake and I also couldn't take on my prescription meds so waste of time/money for me.
