All dickies pouches and belt accessories say use with belt no weirder than 2", yet this is 3". Will accessories work with this?

Is the high impact plastic buckle made out if plastic?

Yea it’s made out of plastic. But the buckle has held up better than any other material. This belt is durable have had mine for about 2 years and still good
