Can we get replacement keys for this unit?

If it is the simple black plastic electrical panel key with two opposing ears and a hole in the center, then yes. If the keys are steel or brass and they are lost, a locksmith can easily pick the lock and you can get a replacement lock and keyset. If the cabinet isnt locked but you dont have the keys you can remove it and buy a new lock and keyset for much less than involving a locksmith. If the keys had engraved numerals on it a locksmith could produce a new set of keys directly. The cheapest option is to replace the lockset and keys, optionally drilling out the lock if the cabinet is locked.
