KEEN Women's Barbados Breathable Comfortable Sandals Toe Protection Flip-Flops

Wear an 8 usually but ordered 8.5. Love them! Lost a few toenails from Pointe; they’re good camo (and I don’t stump my big toe constantly like other flip flops).

Keen does not disappoint. My toe is protected. The color, fit and quality are incredible. I can walk around in this type of flip flop. Other flip flops don't compare. The toe reinforcement almost makes it so you don't really need an attachment at the angle. This is a winning product. I bought it years ago and walked across Guatemala. Yes, the soul fell apart but that was after marathon walking across a summer of walking. I bought the same shoe again. Glad it is still around.

I love Keen shoes- so when I came across these flip flops (to replace a pair my daughter borrowed and hasn't returned) I purchased them right away. I sized up, since they didn't have my 1/2 size, but I'm glad I did because while they are a little big, they're still super comfortable. They do have arch support, but less than Keen's H2 sandal. The soles are also super soft and flexible, so something to get used to (very floppy). I really like the toe cover because it helps protect my big toes from toe stubs and careless people who accidentally step on your feet.

This was the first of the pair I got. The second was up to Keen standard and has the points and arch support. This first pair did not and had a sole like a cheap pair of thong flip flops. The second pair was out of this world awesome.

Squeaks does not glide well

I have over 20 pairs of the Keen Waimea, even from when they first were released. Remember back then -- they were SUCH cool colors and patterns, remember the one made of rice bags?? THEN, Keen discontinued the flip flop with toe cover for women. Kept it only for men. SO, I switched to wearing the black and tan mens version, and yes I let them know that WOMEN NEED TOE COVERS TOO. These I decided to try because I have always stuck with the Waimea and the curved/formed footbed. I don't like these as much. The foam sole is soft but it mashes flat, gets cuts in the bottom, scuffs easily, and does not provide any kind of support for the foot. They are cute, if you just need cute. But if you need performance as a hiker, kayaker, naturalist, photographer, whatever, these will leave you feeling it in your knees and back by the end of the day.

I don't typically like flip flops but still wanted something to throw on quick and to wear to the beach. These are perfect! True to size. I'm typically a 9.5 to 10. I also have a large big toe and wider feet. Ordered the 10, perfect fit. Rubber grip sole will definitely help with slick conditions unlike typical flip flops. The toe cover serves a great purpose as it gives a secure feeling so you don't feel like your foot will slip out easily. The only thing I would change is making the shoe with more rubber, footbed is foam, rubber would be better. I wouldn't pay more than I did which was $45.

I normally wear a 7.5 or 8, so I was a little skeptical about the size 7; but they fit perfectly. They were comfortable from the moment I put them on; in fact, I’ve hardly taken them off since receiving them a week ago. I work from home and do a lot of standing and they haven’t bothered my poor old back and hips.

Ich trage bereits seid 30 Jahren diese Marke und die 1. Generation war die beste. Danach waren mir die Sohlen zu hart aber sie haben ein Fußbet und sind trotz alledem sehr angenehm und sehr zu empfehlen. Diese sind wie die 1. Generation, angenehm, leicht und weicher. Der Zehenschutz ist ein Traum. Man kann daher überall mit diesen Keen hingehen. Ich bin totaler Fan und will nichts anderes tragen. Die Größe fällt eher knapp aus, lieber die nächste Größe nehmen.
