Description

Pontefix temporarily fixes bridges, crowns, teeth with bolts and capsules made with any type of material. For reasons of simplicity, the word capsula is used in the instructions for use to indicate all the elements cited for which Pontefix is necessary. Thanks to the original Pontefix formula, zinc oxyphosphate has been used for temporary fixings. Pontefix does not alter the characteristics of a definitive fixation. Pontefix does not harm the capsules in any case. Pontefix does not harm the subsequent final intervention of your dentist. Pontefix is a single-use product. Before proceeding, read the instructions carefully Carefully remove any residues of material inside the capsule using a pointed object. Then complete the cleaning with a hydrophilic cotton soaked in alcohol. Place the piece of cotton between the gum and cheek, near the tooth and the bolt on which it is to be fixed. Check the correct direction of the capsule to place it directly on the tooth. Open the jar with the powders and add all the liquid contained in the monodosis. Mix with the spatula until a homogeneous compound (attention: The compound hardens in about two minutes; therefore it is necessary to proceed quickly) Using the spatula fill half the capsule with the compound. In case of a bolted tooth, the compound must be applied directly to the bolt. Insert the capsule into the tooth in the correct position. Remove the piece of cotton that you have previously placed between the cheek and gum and place it on the fixed capsule.
