I have a nettipot, however hard to teist my head in the position needed. With this Sinex Nasal Rinser, I don't have to do any twists and turns, making it easier and more effective. Clears my sinuses nicely. Highly recommend, especially during cold season.

I had expected that this procedure would be more difficult than it actually was. The included salt packets are very handy and using my own distilled water it went well. Although my cold symptoms have since resolved I cannot say if the procedure was actually helpful since immediately afterward I didn't notice any major improvement. I normally don't have any nasal issues. If you do this device does do a nasal flush as advertised.

I really like the shape of the nozzle. It works better than straight ones. I struggle with the adjustable feature though.

I have bad allergies and I've been using the old fashioned netty pot but this has been a game changer it's just easier to use and you can control the flow I love it definitely recommend it

If you have remotely bigger than normal nostrils this isn't going to work for you as well as others. The nozzle is tiny compared to most others and water came mostly out of the nostril I had it in. The adjustable flow idea is nice, but how its implemented isn't. If you have the flow control open to much the nozzle becomes wobblily. Also their cleaning instructions go against anything any doctor I have ever spoken to about sinus flushing says. Never clean the bottles with anything stronger than non-antibacterial dish soap, as using anything stronger can aid in the creation of "super bugs".

My 15 year old son had nose congestion and he used this two times and he was clear!I sanitized it and used it myself, it took my a minute to get use to it but overall, it works!
