Helped Me So Much!
I have severe inflammation in my body and have flare ups of eczema on my skin as well as chronic joint pain. All of this inflammation is caused by toxic ingredients in modern foods. This cookbook has helped me slowly change my eating habits and eat foods that don't hurt my body after. If you're someone who struggles to "eat healthy" and don't know where to start, this cookbook is a great resource!

This cookbook is VERY poorly written. The recipes have no consistency in their wording nor measurements used. Some recipes call for “two glasses of broth made with vegetables” What?!? Do you mean cups? What’s the measurement for a “glass”? Right under that it states “twice as much chili powder”. Twice as much as what?? The two glasses of broth??The salad recipes call for topping with a dressing but doesn’t provide a recipe.I’m assuming this was written by AI as it vaguely makes sense but not enough to actually follow a recipe. I only gave it one star because zero stars weren’t an option.

Great Place for Beginners!
The media could not be loaded. I really enjoyed the plethora of recipes in this book. As someone who is new to eating healthier, and trying to eat more plant based this book is a lifesaver! Please note that most, if not all of the recipes are vegan. I saw a few reviews saying that this may have been written by AI, I disagree. It reads more like a book written by someone who’s first language is not English, which in no way takes away from the value of the book.

The media could not be loaded. All the recipes are so so simple, don’t take long to make, are pretty cheap, taste AMAZING, and follow Dr. Barbra’s dietary guidelines! I’ve never had such a good experience with a cook book before! I’ve already noticed that I have more energy and that my gut is healing! I can’t believe this was only $15 because if I knew it was going to help me out this much I would have payed over $100! Please do yourself a favor and get this book, your future self will thank you. ❤️

Don’t fall for this!
I was so excited to crack down on healthy meal ideas. However, once I went through every single recipe, not a single on includes an ounce of meat. False advertising. Vegan this and vegan that. Ok, give me some vegan options, but say something on the front about it instead of having 2 pictures of salmon on the cover!! Returning. Disappointed, don’t fall for this unless you want ideas mushroom steaks.

I’d like to address the cover is misleading. Feeling disappointed. This recipe book is all vegan. The cover had what looks like salmon. I believed it was more of a recipe book with different types of protein (chicken,beef, fish). I’d wish they would change the cover as the cover does not state it’s all vegan as well. Anyways will still try some recipes but include the protein of choice.
