A bit noisy but effective. The least I want to buy quiet but ineffective unit. Its powerful and cools instantly. Very heavy but also quality wheels making moving it a cold breeze. Or hot. It has both functions. It also look surprisingly good. It seems to be a money well spent which is often not the case. So, cooler heater dehumidifier and fan in one. A useful addition

Got this after sending back an ineffective unit from a different brand. This one seems very good. It is bulkier than I expected but feels like a high quality product and is easily wheeled around when required. I had to get an insulation kit for the hose which got very hot but it definitely cools my room, which is about 32m2 with average ceiling height.Last few days during the heatwave in the UK, I've been running it in fan mode until the temperature gets to about 29, at which point I closed my windows and used the cooling mode. It only takes a few minutes to feel the difference which is very nice.First time using it, it was very loud but that settled down after a couple of days and can now comfortably watch tv or have conversations while it's running. It's about 55-58db at 2m distance

Today it is 32 degrees in Gloucestershire and my large upstairs living room is nice and cool! So ,full marks for functionality. The only thing to be aware of is - as stated elsewhere - it is quite a chunk ( but sleek looking) and not quiet. However, it may be normal for these machines and the cooling power is worth the noise of the fan. Good value.

Cools a decent sized space down effectively and quickly. Easy to assemble. The unit drains water when just on cooling so worth making sure the drainage hose is connected and in a receptacle that you can drain. It’s just way, way too noisy. I sleep with fans for the white noise so am very used to noise when sleeping. This is just too loud. If it was quieter, would highly recommend. Do not recommend at this noise level.

After turning it on it takes a few minutes for the compressor to kick on, but once it does it gets chilly!The unit is quite loud but, it outputs very cold air.You can easily have a conversation while the unit is running.A choice of different window fitting would be nice as I had to buy a third party one to accomate my window type.It is quite heavy and large but the casters on the bottom make it easy to move around.It has a very stylish design and looks very goodThe exhaust hose is very good quality and foldable for easy storage!Overall it is a great air conditioner for the money and We're happy with it!5☆ would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about buying

I've given this unit 5 stars mainly due to the discounted price offered by Amazon at the beginning of June 2025. It was a real bargain at £202 for such a sturdy and well made unit, I wish I'd purchased two.The unit is super heavy so you'll be glad of those wheels when it comes to storage for winter. The outer packaging is a cardboard sleeve so is easy to unpack. It is noisy on full speed but the blast of chilled air even before the window installation of the vent kit was a real surprise. The unit looks great. The instruction book is a bit vague and covers only the basic operation

This is so essential since we have a loft room that gets hotter than the outside and a newborn, especially in the recent prolonged hot weather. It is very loud even on the quiet setting, but if you're used to a white noise machine then you'll be fine. Remote is very handy and the unit itself is easy to set up. Functions as expected as long as you use the hose correctly, only downside is UK windows don't fit the seal given so had to purchase one that would (would be great if it came with both options). Really cool air and works best if you set it up to swing and stop the fan paddles at the highest point to face the ceiling, we found that cooled the room faster. Overall would recommend to get relief from the heat.

Unit cooled quickly but was far too noisy to use effectively. Even on the low speed setting the noise was very, very intrusive. Noise level eat 80db on low speed alone. Returning unit to Amazon.
