Works OK, but requires some ingenuity and experimentation
This dresser quickly removed grit from my grinding wheels, but there is MUCH more to a smooth running grinder than that! It requires lots of effort to minimize wobble, out-of-roundness, and vibration. I started with weight balance. I don't have the "OneWay" balancing system, but I clamped an old router bit (with a bearing on its end) into a vice, then sat the grinding wheel's hole onto the bearing. The wheel's heavy side quickly sank to the bottom. I drilled some shallow holes on the heavy side of the wheel until the weight distribution was even (YouTubers say they've done this without problems, so I took a chance ... so far, so good). Then, I mounted one wheel on the grinder, using the 'trial and error' method to minimize wheel wobble and out-of roundness (a painstaking process, but mostly effective). Then, I used the SINYUM Grinding Wheel Dresser to touch-up the remaining out-of-roundness . However, it wasn't effective using the dresser by hand - the dresser 'bounced' as the high spot of the wheel hit it. So I clamped the dresser to the grinder's tool rest. That addressed the remaining out-of-roundness (yay!), but the diamonds left grooves in the wheel (I couldn't slide the dresser back and forth because it was clamped down!). Maybe I should have built a jig to slide the dresser left/right, but instead I purchased a Single Point dresser, and built a jig for it to slide evenly across the face of the grinding wheel to smooth-out any grooves (my grinder's tool rest has a wide flat edge across which the jig can slide evenly). I repeated the process on the second wheel. In the end, I got the grinding wheels balanced, concentric, and smooth. It still had some vibration, presumably because my home-made balancing tool is imperfect ... but I can stand a nut atop the grinder while it's running, and the nut doesn't vibrate off (Yay!). BUT ... I hope I never need to remove either of the grinding wheels else I'll have to start all over again!

So So quality but they did the job
"out'a the box" I had my doubts. The nuts holding the handles in place were both very loose, and one nut was barely on the threads, and appeared to be cross threaded. Obviously the assembler wasn't able to, or didn't feel it was necessary, to properly set things up. No room to get a wrench to the nuts so I put a screwdriver against the flats of the nuts and tightened by turning the handles. The gold dresser had a big chunk of "diamond" or other metal sticking out about 3/32". I was able to easily knock that off with a cold chisel & hammer. All that said, there's obviously a manufacturer quality control issue. The good thing is, the dressers did a good job cleaning up 3 high/normal speed grinding wheels. On regular grinders use a very light touch, and the results should be good. I also used them on an older Delta slow speed water wheel. The stone on the Delta water wheel turns at about 60 RPM. The dressers left shallow (very shallow) grooves in the wheel. So after using the dressers I used a XX course diamond sharpening stone to get rid of the grooves, and the wet wheel is just about perfect. If I didn't have the diamond stone for the finish cut I don't know what I would have done, kept on looking for a finer grit dresser I guess. All in all, ya gets what ya pays for. The dressers are good for general clean up of most grinders, but not so great for a wet/water wheel.

Work Great!
The only problem is that they are not going to last that long. I've been a machinist for 40 years so I think I might know how to use them lol. I was able to fix a couple trashed wheels and they're still usable so it was worth it to me.

Worked great on grooved 6 inch x 3/4 wide grinding wheels on bench grinder
Cleaned up 2 pretty rough wheels quickly. Does not look to have worn dresser much at all. Pleased

Great Product for the Price, Two issues making this 4 instead of 5 stars.
This is a great dresser for the price. Upon receipt and inspection everything looked to be in good order other than two areas of concern. The gold dresser's handle is plastic and I am certain it will need to be replaced with a metal handle eventually. Not a huge issue but it seems like a corner that did not need to be cut. The biggest issue was the diamond coating on the silver dresser. On one edge there was a protrusion over one millimeter in diameter and height that would have potentially ruined the first wheel I use it on. It was simple enough to get the protrusion to break away without damaging the rest of the coating but it could have caused serious issues if I didn't notice it. Otherwise they are great tools for the price.

Does the job
Does the job...but barely. Lower quality than I expected. Don't think they will last very long.
