UPDATE - I am updating my review because the seller has taken multiple steps to make things right. Following my review, seller offered a refund immediately with no requirement to return the item. I admit I did not respond, being busy with the holidays and family. UNPROMPTED, THE SELLER SENT ME ANOTHER KEYCHAIN THAT IS SCRATCH-FREE. I am so grateful!! I plan to trade keychains with my friend and we'll have matching keychains, and I will probably order from this seller again in the future now.OLD - I was excited to be so happy about this because it's a gift for a friend. It could've been so perfect. But there's a long scratch going lightly through the engraved word and very obviously extends out past the word. I was also disappointed at the smallness of the word itself leaving so much blank space around it on the bar. There's only so much room above and below so I get there's a size limit, and maybe there was a font size selection I didn't see? But the scratch is the bigger issue. Either the engraver picked the scratched side to engrave or the scratch occurred during or after the engraving. Either way there was no quality control that caught it before sending. It's very inexpensive for sure, the bar is a decent thickness, and it got here much faster than the promised delivery time, so 3 stars. I'm not going to send it back but will be giving a friend a scratched gift which is a bummer.She will love the sentiment and won't care, and let's be real a keychain will get scratched up quick. Except for those issues, I really would gladly give 5 stars because it's so nice to be able to personalize something like this!

This is a very comfortable size. My boyfriend loved how it turned out and it’s quite durable. The letters are crisp and the custom image is as well. My boyfriend loved this on his set of keys, and I’m happy with how it turned out as well.

It takes 2 weeks and the letters are already damaged

I ordered this to use as a medical alert tag, in case I get blown up or mangled at work...Once I attached it to my work key chain, it became obvious just how small this item and lettering is... It's pretty much useless for its intended purpose. :-(The quality is good. It is fabricated in China, then sent by air mail, so customs+delivery takes a while.Overall 4 out if 5 stars. Quality is nice, but shipping is slow and the size is very small.

Simple customizable key chain for my boyfriend to celebrate our 1 year anniversary. He's a very simple hard working man, who enjoys the simple things in life. He absolutely love it. On the front I chose a phrase he always says and on the back is our anniversary date. I ordered 2 of them one for me and one for him. You can choose from several different fonts and well as different icons. I think cost of each key chain was a fair price since I chose to have both sides customized. The size and weight of each key chain is about normal, they are not very bulky. They fit well on my keys. Very happy with my purchase.

Thus far the keychain has done it's job. The engraving was very nice. Bought the Keychain for a gift. They love it
