ASICS Women's Gel-Flux 5 Running Shoe

My last 2 pairs of ASICS were the Gel-Kayano, this time I wanted a little more cushion and these Gel-Flux 5's are SO comfortable. Like running on marshmallows! I run 12-15 miles per week, 52 yrs old, and these shoes give just enough support and comfort.

I was told in advance that this particular shoe runs a little small. Perfect for me because I am a size 5 1/2 !This is a great shoe for Jazzersize and other exercise programs - all the ladies wear them !

I was so disappointed in these. I do not have a very high arch but there was zero arch support in these and they are heavy.

I really like these shoes, I've worn Converse for many years and as I get up there a little bit in age my feet are not able to take the converse. I searched around for a pair of shoes with great support and this is what I came up with. The color goes great with many of my scrub tops.

I recommend wearing casually before taking it for a run. Very hard to walk with it in the beginning. Also, I’d suggest you buy it at least a half a size bigger. I bought a half a size bigger and still think I should have ordered a full size up.Still a great running shoe.

I love these shoes! This is my 3rd pair of Asics Gel Flux. They fit as expected and are comfortable for wearing to the gym and Disney World.

Love, love the color combo. The other reviews mentioned the shoes run a little small so I intentionally got 1/2 a size bigger. I like that my feet can breathe a little, which will help me with my stinky feet. My feet sweat a lot theoughout the day but shoe is porous on the top. Helps my feee get some air. Great buy for the price. Now to break them in.

I can only wear ASICS sneakers, but they are generally more on the “clunky” side. I was looking for something a little lighter and more streamlined. I was very pleased with these, they are holding up well, and no foot pain which is always my main concern
